  • 2 large croissants, cut into 36 pieces
  • 36 pieces of fruit, like strawberries, grapes, apples, cantaloupe, watermelon or a combination
  • 8 ounces Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar, cut into 36 cubes

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 36 (4-inch) skewers

Directions

  1. PLACE one croissant piece, berry or fruit piece and cheddar cube on each skewer.
  2. DRIZZLE skewers with honey and serve immediately.
