Ingredients

  • 2 small heads of Gem or Bibb lettuce, cut in half lengthwise
  • ½ cup blue cheese or buttermilk dressing
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped chives

Directions

  1. PLACE a half head of lettuce onto each serving plate, cut side up, and drizzle with two tablespoons dressing.
  2. SPRINKLE each lettuce “boat” with ¼ of the crumbled Cabot 2 Year Cheddar, walnuts, and chives.
