Shakes are, of course, simple to make. All you need to do is gather up the ingredients, combine everything into a blender and—bingo! You’ve got a delicious shake. As far as ingredients go, you’ll need one teaspoon of matcha green tea powder, one tablespoon of hot water, an avocado, a half cup of Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt, a quarter cup of vanilla whey protein powder, two teaspoons of Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol and some unsweetened almond milk. Remember, adding the avocado and green tea is crucial—they’ll help to make the smoothie rich, smooth and flavorful.
