Cheese crisps are surprisingly easy to make. All you need to get started is nonstick cooking spray, 16 ounces of Cabot Sharp Cheddar (coarsely grated) and three tablespoons of King Arthur Unbleached All-purpose Flour. In order to make the crisps, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 375° and coat three baking sheets with cooking spray. Then mix your cheese and flour in a bowl, and place tablespoon-full servings of the cheese mix on your sheets, placing them about once inch apart. Bake everything for roughly six to nine minutes, or until the crisps have turned a lovely shade of golden brown. Remember to let the crisps cool for a few minutes before serving.
