Warm sliders are always a welcome Game Day snack or party Appetizer, but the combo of slider and cheesy buffalo chicken is a super hit! Cabot has partnered with Callie's Hot Little Biscuits to create this combo of snacking favorites. Cabot's Seriously Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese added into the classic buffalo chicken filling pushes this slider over the top.

Directions

  1. PREPARE the biscuits using per the instructions on the package. Once the biscuits are cooled, slice in half and place the top halves aside.

  2. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

  3. MIX the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, chopped parsley and garlic powder in a bowl.

  4. PLACE one cup (about 4 ounces) of the shredded cheese, evenly spread, on the bottom half of the sliced biscuits.

  5. SPREAD an even layer of the chicken filling on top of the cheese.

  6. LAYER the remaining cheese across the chicken and top with the biscuit top halves.

  7. COVER the sliders loosely with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes longer and remove from oven.

  8. MIX the melted butter with the chopped parsley, minced fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Brush this on the tops of the biscuits, then serve warm.
