Warm, creamy and spicy - this Mexican Queso Sauce with Cabot Cottage Cheese is the best! Cook this up for your next game day gathering or for a cozy winter appetizer.
Ingredients

1 container Cabot Cottage Cheese (1 pound, full fat)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 tablespoon diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 cup Cabot 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded cheese
Chili flakes and dried (or fresh) cilantro for garnish
Directions
MIX first five ingredients together in a microwavable bowl.
MICROWAVE 1 - 3 minutes depending on microwave power, stirring occasionally until heated through.
BLEND microwaved sauce for a smoother texture, if desired.
GARNISH with dried chili flakes and dried (or fresh chopped) cilantro.
SERVE with tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
