Greek Yogurt Mediterranean Bowl

Creamy Greek Yogurt gets brightened with fresh lemon and earthy za'atar, then topped with crisp cucumber, juicy tomatoes, and tangy feta for a hearty protein-filled snack or light lunch. If you don’t have pita chips or pita wedges, toasted sourdough bread cut into smaller dipping-sized pieces is a great substitute.

Directions

  1. STIR together, in a medium bowl, the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, za'atar, and salt until smooth.

  2. TRANSFER the yogurt mixture into a shallow serving bowl and top with the cucumber, tomatoes, and feta.

  3. FINISH with additional za'atar, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil, if using.

  4. SERVE with pita chips or pita wedges.
