Directions

  1. CHOP cabbage, green onion and cucumbers. Place in a medium size bowl and set aside.
  2. COMBINE all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth with tiny flecks of greens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add honey if desired.
  3. ADD dressing to the chopped vegetables. Toss to combine.
  4. SERVE with tortilla chips or as a side.
