Directions
- COATÂ large skillet with cooking spray. Add turkey or beef, salsa, chiles and taco seasoning to skillet and place over medium-high heat.
 - COOK, breaking up meat with spoon, until meat is cooked through and no longer pink, about 8 to 12 minutes.
 - REMOVEÂ from heat and stir in corn and beans.
 - CUTÂ off stem at base of lettuce for lettuce wraps, then cut head in half lengthwise. Peel off individual leaves, then wash and pat dry.
 - SCOOP about ½ cup meat into lettuce leaf for each wrap; top with dollop of yogurt, additional salsa, and olives if desired.
