2 Year Cheddar, Walnut & Gem Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

2 small heads of Gem or Bibb lettuce, cut in half lengthwise
½ cup blue cheese or buttermilk dressing
8 ounces Cabot 2 Year Cheddar, crumbled
½ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
¼ cup chopped chives

Directions

PLACE a half head of lettuce onto each serving plate, cut side up, and drizzle with two tablespoons dressing.
SPRINKLE each lettuce “boat” with ¼ of the crumbled Cabot 2 Year Cheddar, walnuts, and chives.
