To make this smoothie, you’ll need to add the following ingredients (in order) to a blender: ½ cup of skim milk, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1½ cups fresh blueberries, 3 pitted and roughly chopped Medjool dates, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and 1 medium banana (sliced). Blend for about 3 to 5 minutes, until creamy and smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy as is, or add some garnish to create an even more authentic cheesecake taste and feel. For the garnish, moisten the rim of your glass and dip it into crushed graham crackers before filling the glass with the smoothie. Then top your smoothie with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle some fresh blueberries on top. With or without the garnish, this is one tasty smoothie!

- crushed graham cracker, fresh blueberries, and yogurt garnish (optional)
Directions
ADD all ingredients, except garnish, to a blender in the order listed. Blitz for 3-5 minutes or until smooth.
- GARNISHÂ by moistening rim of glass and dipping in crushed graham crackers. Top smoothie with a dollop of yogurt and fresh blueberries.
