Broccoli-Cheddar Greek Yogurt Topping

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, grated (about ¾ cup)
â…“ cup Cabot Plain Lowfat Greek Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- BRINGÂ small saucepan of water to boil; add broccoli and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- DRAINÂ in strainer, pressing out excess water. Dump into small bowl and add cheese; mash together until cheese is melted.
- STIRÂ in yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
