Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, grated (about ¾ cup)

  • ⅓ cup Cabot Plain Lowfat Greek Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt

  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. BRING small saucepan of water to boil; add broccoli and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  2. DRAIN in strainer, pressing out excess water. Dump into small bowl and add cheese; mash together until cheese is melted.
  3. STIR in yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
