Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Dip
Dips, Spreads & Dressings
1 container Cabot Cottage Cheese (1 pound, full fat)
½ cup fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried, plus several for garnish
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
Graham crackers (or favorite crisp cookies for dipping)
ADD cottage cheese and all but a few fresh raspberries to blender.
BLEND until desired texture is achieved.
SERVE in small bowl with graham crackers for dipping on the side (or substitute with your favorite chocolate or vanilla wafer cookies).
GARNISH dip with a few fresh raspberries.
Add more jam or maple syrup to increase sweetness if desired.
