Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Dip makes a sweet and healthy after school snack or a unique dish for a brunch or special gathering.

Directions

  1. ADD cottage cheese, raspberry jam, and all but a few fresh raspberries to blender.

  2. BLEND until desired texture is achieved.

  3. SERVE in small bowl with graham crackers for dipping on the side (or substitute with your favorite chocolate or vanilla wafer cookies).

  4. GARNISH dip with a few fresh raspberries.
