Warm, creamy and spicy - this Mexican Queso Sauce with Cabot Cottage Cheese is the best! Cook this up to add to your tailgate essential list on game day or for a cozy winter appetizer.

Ingredients

1 container Cabot Cottage Cheese (1 pound, full fat)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1 tablespoon diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 cup Cabot 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded cheese

Chili flakes and dried (or fresh) cilantro for garnish
Directions
MIX first five ingredients together in a microwavable bowl.
MICROWAVE 1 - 3 minutes depending on microwave power, stirring occasionally until heated through.
BLEND microwaved sauce for a smoother texture, if desired.
GARNISH with dried chili flakes and dried (or fresh chopped) cilantro.
SERVE with tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
Recipe Note
Add in some cooked ground beef or chorizo for extra flavor as well as protein.
