PREPARE vegetables: Wash, dry and de-stem the radishes and slice thinly to get about 16 slices. Wash, dry and thinly slice the cucumber to get about 16 slices

TOAST the bread slices until brown and crisp, but not overly dark.

SPREAD 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream cheese on each toast. Arrange radish and cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.

GARNISH with micro-greens, bean sprouts or fresh herbs such as dill, parsley or chives.
