Garlic Herb Cheddar & Cucumber Salmon Bites

- 1 English cucumber
4 ounces Cabot Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 24 small pieces
8-ounce bar Cabot Garlic Herb Cheddar, cut into 24 cubes
- Fresh dill, for garnish
SLICE the cucumber into 24 – ¼ inch thick rounds. Spread about one teaspoon of the softened Cabot Cream Cheese on top of each cucumber round.
PLACE a small piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and top with Cabot Garlic Herb Cheddar.
- GARNISH with dill and serve. Enjoy!
