This easy appetizer combines creamy Cabot Garlic Herb Cheddar with a slice of smoky salmon all rolled up in cool and crunchy cucumber. Arrange these healthy, colorful and flavorful bites on your favorite appetizer plate or board and watch them disappear!
Directions
- CUTÂ the cucumber lengthwise into 18 thin slices with a vegetable peeler.

PLACE a cube of the Cabot Garlic Herb Cheddar and a piece of the smoked salmon on one end of each cucumber slice. Roll up tightly and skewer with a toothpick to hold together.
- GARNISHÂ with a sprig of fresh dill and serve immediately.
