  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sugar replacement (optional)
  • ½ cup Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup (1 scoop) whey protein powder

Directions

  1. COMBINE in blender strawberries, sugar (if using), yogurt, milk and whey powder.
  2. COVER and blend for one minute or until smooth.
