Trend alert! We can't get enough of the pickle and cheese combo! With just 2 ingredients, pickles in a blanket are a super simple and delightfully crunchy snack.
Ingredients
4 dill pickle spears

4 slices Cabot Vermont Sharp Sliced Cheddar, or your favorite Cabot sliced cheddar
Directions
HEAT a non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
PLACE one slice of cheese on pan and let heat until the cheese starts to turn golden in color.
PLACE one pickle spear on heated cheese in pan and remove from heat.
FOLD the edges of cheese over the pickle to form a “blanket” and place on serving plate.
REPEAT the process with other pickle spears and serve.
