½ tray Cabot Seriously Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cracker Cuts

½ tray Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cuts

½ tray Cabot Pepper Jack Cracker Cuts
1 cup carrot sticks
½ cup cucumber slices
1 cup mini pretzels
Whole wheat crackers or your choice (or gluten-free)
¼ pound salami or soppressata slices (optional)
Fruit jam or spread of your choice
2 - 3 sprigs of fresh herbs like rosemary or tarragon.
Directions
BRING the cheeses to room temperature for 15 minutes and place them on a large cheese board in groupings, leaving space for other cheese board items.
ARRANGE an attractive display of the other ingredients around the cheese slices using the contrasting flavors and textures of vegetables, pretzels, meats, crackers.
ADD a ramekin of jam or chutney with a serving spoon or knife. Lay the herb sprigs on the board to add an attractive bit of greenery.
