These simple flatbread pizzas are a snap to throw together on a busy weeknight for a family friendly meal everyone will love. Serve with a simple green salad or steamed broccoli.
Directions
- ARRANGE oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- ARRANGE naan on the baking sheet. Spread pesto over the naan, dividing evenly, and leaving a ½-inch margin along the edge.
- TOPÂ each naan pizza with Cabot cheddar, dividing evenly. Top each pizza with prosciutto, dividing evenly.
- TRANSFERÂ the baking sheet to oven and bake until the cheddar is melted and the crust and prosciutto are crisped, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool 2 to 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
