Cabot’s Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek gives this smoothie a healthy protein-rich punch and the vanilla makes the flavors from the peaches and raspberries bloom. The combination of ingredients makes for a delicious smoothie that’s quick to make and easy to enjoy. If you prefer, you can use Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt instead, along with ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of sugar. ½ cup Cabot Vanilla Bean Lowfat Greek Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 fresh peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup lowfat (1%) milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- ⅛ teaspoon pure almond extract
