For a brunch gathering or just breakfast for two, the classic bagel with cream cheese and salmon can't be beat. Choose Cabot's Plain Spreadable Cream Cheese or one of the flavored cream cheeses. The fresh sliced onion, tomato and crunchy greens add a bright, fresh bite to this bagel sandwich.

PREPARE vegetables: wash, dry and thinly slice onion and tomato. Rinse and dry your choice of greens.

TOAST sliced bagels until lightly brown.

SPREAD about 3 tablespoons (or to taste) of cream cheese on each of the two bagel halves. Divide evenly and layer the onion, tomato, salmon and greens on the bagel halves.

SPRINKLE with capers and fresh dill and top with other bagel half and serve.
