Overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days, making them perfect for preparing in advance. So, although this recipe makes one serving, we highly recommend making several servings at once so you’ll have enough to last throughout the week! To make one serving of these overnight oats, combine ½ cup rolled oats (not instant), ⅓ cup 2% milk, and ¼ cup Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt in a small bowl (or jar). Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, top with about ¼ cup sliced strawberries. You really can’t beat the super convenient preparation for such a tasty and healthy breakfast or snack option!
