Strawberry Cream Cheese Bites

This is a simple, no fuss, no-cook summer dessert made with Cabot Strawberry Spreadable Cream Cheese. Any fresh seasonal fruit will be sweet and tasty.
Ingredients

1 tub Cabot Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread
1 or 2 ripe kiwis
6 to 10 fresh ripe strawberries
12 - 16 gingersnap cookies (or favorite wafer cookie of your choice)
Directions
PREPARE the fruit: Peel the kiwi, slice in half, and then slice into half-moon shapes, Wash, dry and de-stem the strawberries and then slice into 2 - 4 flat slices depending on the size of the strawberry.
SPREAD a heaping teaspoon of Strawberry Cream Cheese on each cookie.
LAY the fruit slices on top of the cream cheese and arrange on a serving plate with extra fruit as a garnish.
Recipe Tips
Vary up this recipe by using your favorite cookies and fruits. Graham crackers and vanilla or chocolate wafers would be great! And sliced grapes and blackberries are other tasty fruit options.
