This is a simple, no fuss, no-cook summer dessert made with Cabot Strawberry Spreadable Cream Cheese. Any fresh seasonal fruit will be sweet and tasty.

PREPARE the fruit: Peel the kiwi, slice in half, and then slice into half-moon shapes, Wash, dry and de-stem the strawberries and then slice into 2 - 4 flat slices depending on the size of the strawberry.

SPREAD a heaping teaspoon of Strawberry Cream Cheese on each cookie.

LAY the fruit slices on top of the cream cheese and arrange on a serving plate with extra fruit as a garnish.
