The added kick of Cabot Pepper Jack Cracker Cut Cheese sends this classic S'mores recipe to the next level. Crunchy, melty, chocolatey and cheesy, this sweet and spicy campfire treat will leave you wanting s'more!
Ingredients
4 full size marshmallows
4 full-sized graham crackers, broken in half
2 chocolate bars, halved

4 slices Cabot Pepper Jack Cracker Cut Slices
Directions
PLACE 1 graham cracker half on a plate.
TOP with a chocolate bar half and a slice of Pepper Jack cheese and set aside.
TOAST a marshmallow over a flame or hot coals of a fire using a long stick or metal skewer until golden brown. Be careful to not allow marshmallow to burn or over-melt and fall off the stick.
PLACE toasted marshmallow over chocolate, cheese and graham cracker half, add second half of graham cracker and SLOWLY remove stick or skewer from the marshmallow to make a sandwich.
ALLOW the hot marshmallow to slightly melt the chocolate and cheese and then dig in!
