You will have many "happy campers" when you make these Oven Cheddar S'mores. A simple and delicious indoor version of the summer campfire classic. Get the kids in on the action to assemble the parts before broiling.

Ingredients

6 whole graham crackers, broken in halve to make 12 squares
-
6 large marshmallows
-
6 slices Cabot Extra Sharp Cracker Cut Slices

3 (1.5oz) bars of your favorite chocolate bar, broken in half to make 6 squares to fix atop graham crackers
Directions
PREHEAT oven on broil.
LINE a sheet pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper.
ARRANGE the twelve graham cracker halves on sheet pan. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to six cookie halves. Add a square of chocolate, topped with a marshmallow to the other six cookie halves.
BROIL in oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute, WATCHING CAREFULLY, until the marshmallows are golden brown, and cheese is slightly melted.
PUT the two cookie halves together and press lightly. Enjoy!
