All-American Grilled Cheese Sandwich

2 tablespoons Cabot Salted Butter, softened

4 slices Cabot American Cheese (Yellow or White)
4 slices sourdough bread, or other favorite bread
Directions
HEAT a cast iron pan, griddle, or sturdy saute pan to medium heat.
SPREAD one side of each slice of bread with softened butter.
ASSEMBLE sandwiches with two slices of American Cheese between the non-buttered sides of the bread slices.
COOK in heated pan until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook second side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice diagonally and serve.
