Sweets for your sweetheart on their birthday, a special date night, or Valentine's Day. This cheese board recipe includes Cabot Seriously Sharp Cracker Cuts, mixed red fruit and heart chocolates. Get creative for your special someone!
Ingredients

16 cheese slices from Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cut Slices
½ cup sliced pepperoni or hard salami (optional)
1 cup mixed red berries such as raspberries and strawberries
1 small bunch of red, seedless grapes
6 - 8 Lake Champlain Chocolates, heart shaped
Water crackers or your favorite cracker
Directions
PLACE cheese slices on a cheese board or flat platter leaving space for other items. Cut some of the cheese squares into heart shapes to add a special sweetheart touch.
ADD the raspberries, strawberries and grapes to the board in decorative groupings around the cheese, leaving some space for other board items.
ADD the pepperoni or salami to the board if using.
PLACE the heart shape chocolates on the board to fill in any spaces.
SERVE with your favorite crackers.
