- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- ¾ cup “red hot sauce”
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Optional chopped parsley or scallions for garnish
- Corn chips
BEAT together the cream cheese, ranch dressing and red hot sauce in a medium bowl. Fold in chicken.
SPREAD in an oven proof skillet or baking dish.
- BAKE at 350°F for 10 – 15 minutes or until the ingredients have melted together and are starting to bubble.
SPRINKLE with cheese and return to oven until cheese on the top is melted, 10 to 15 minutes longer. Garnish with chopped parsley or scallions (optional).
- SERVE hot with corn chips.
