Cheddar, Basil, Prosciutto and Melon Appetizer

Sweet melon meets savory prosciutto and fragrant fresh basil for a simply delicious appetizer. But the real star of this flavor show is Cabot farmers’1-Year Cheddar Cheese, slow-aged to give this mouthwatering snack a rich, robust bite.

Directions

  1. CUT the melon in half and scoop out the seeds. Cut into slices about the size of the cheese slice.
  2. LAYER a basil leaf and a slice of the Cabot 1 Year Cheddar on top of the melon and wrap a piece of Prosciutto around all three.
  3. DRIZZLE with honey and serve.
