To make 6 sliders, begin by preheating your oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Slice all the brioche sliders in half. You should have one large bottom half and one large top half. Add the ham to the bottom half of the sliders and set aside. Lightly whisk the eggs in a small bowl and sprinkle with some salt and pepper to taste. Add ½ tablespoon of Cabot Extra Creamy Premium Unsalted Butter to a medium skillet and heat on medium-low heat. When the pan is warm, add the whisked eggs. Cook the eggs, stirring until they are almost done. Spread the eggs evenly over the ham and add the sliced Cabot Vermont Sharp Sliced Cheddar (or Cabot Sliced Swiss Cheese). Then cover with the other half of brioche bread. Melt the Cabot Extra Creamy Premium Unsalted Butter in a small pan. Add garlic powder, onion powder and oregano, stirring to combine. Brush the tops of the sliders with the butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. Brush with more butter mixture and serve immediately. Enjoy!
