Preheat your broiler and place French bread halves cut-side-up on a baking sheet and put under broiler until toasted.
Spread each half with honey mustard and then sprinkle each half with Cabot Shredded Mozzarella cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted.

8 ounces Cabot Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (about 2 cups)
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

- PREHEAT broiler and place French bread halves cut-side-up on a baking sheet and put under broiler until toasted.
