Cabot Shredded Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced plum tomatoes, thinly sliced ham or smoked turkey breast and honey mustard come together on toasted French bread to make a tasty sandwich that’s perfect for lunch or to bring on an impromptu picnic. Preheat your broiler and place French bread halves cut-side-up on a baking sheet and put under broiler until toasted.


Spread each half with honey mustard and then sprinkle each half with Cabot Shredded Mozzarella cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted.


Arrange thinly sliced plum tomatoes and thinly sliced ham or smoked turkey breast over one bread half and press the remaining half on top. Cut crosswise into four pieces and enjoy a scrumptious mozzarella sandwich. Dig in!

Directions

  1. PREHEAT broiler and place French bread halves cut-side-up on a baking sheet and put under broiler until toasted.
  2. SPREAD each half with honey mustard and sprinkle each half with Cabot Shredded Mozzarella cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted.

  3. ARRANGE tomatoes and ham or turkey breast over one bread half and press the remaining half on top. Cut crosswise into four pieces and enjoy a scrumptious mozzarella sandwich.
