A simple and yummy lunch or after-school snack, this pizza made with healthy Cabot Cottage Cheese will be a welcome new protein-packed meal. Try it today!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce

  • 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

  • 2 tablespoons oil olive

  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. HEAT a skillet on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toast the sourdough bread slices in olive oil until lightly toasted and golden on both sides. Remove from skillet.

  2. SPREAD half of the marinara sauce on each piece of toast.

  3. SPREAD half of the cottage cheese on top of marinara sauce.

  4. TOP each pizza toast evenly with sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and flaky sea salt.
