Curried Turkey Wraps Recipe

This curried turkey wrap is perfect for a lunch on the go – place in wax paper and then aluminum foil so you can easily peel the wrappings when you’re ready to enjoy. To make 4 servings of curried turkey wraps, stir together Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt, raisins and curry powder in a small bowl. Spread mixture over spinach tortillas to within ½ inch of edge.

½ cup Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 4 spinach tortillas
4 ounces Cabot Lite50 Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
- 6 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 1 cup raw baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup grated carrots
- STIR together yogurt, raisins and curry powder in a small bowl. Spread mixture over tortillas to within ½ inch of edge.
- SPRINKLE each with one fourth of cheese, followed by turkey breast, spinach leaves and carrots.
- ROLL tortillas up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. (For appetizer, slice wraps crosswise into pinwheels.)
