Curry powder, raisins, grated carrots, turkey breast, baby spinach, Cabot Greek yogurt and Cabot cheddar are rolled up in a spinach tortilla to create a wrap that’s sure to elevate your lunch experience. This curried turkey wrap is perfect for a lunch on the go – place in wax paper and then aluminum foil so you can easily peel the wrappings when you’re ready to enjoy. To make 4 servings of curried turkey wraps, stir together Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt, raisins and curry powder in a small bowl. Spread mixture over spinach tortillas to within ½ inch of edge.


Sprinkle each tortilla with ¼ of Cabot Lite50 Sharp Cheddar, followed by sliced turkey breast, baby spinach leaves and grated carrots.


Tightly roll tortillas up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • ½ cup Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt 

  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder 
  • 4 spinach tortillas
  • 4 ounces Cabot Lite50 Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)

  • 6 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup raw baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup grated carrots

Directions

  1. STIR together yogurt, raisins and curry powder in a small bowl. Spread mixture over tortillas to within ½ inch of edge.
  2. SPRINKLE each with one fourth of cheese, followed by turkey breast, spinach leaves and carrots.
  3. ROLL tortillas up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. (For appetizer, slice wraps crosswise into pinwheels.)
