Sure to become a favorite summer treat for kids (and adults), this Frozen Berry Yogurt Granola Bites recipe is a healthy snack that's quick to put together. You will need just a cup of fresh raspberries (or your favorite berry), a cup of Cabot Triple Cream Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt, and a little crunchy granola and freeze-dried strawberries for topping. Kids will love to help with this one, and the wait time is only an hour!


To make six servings smash raspberries with a fork In the bottom of a medium bowl until they reach a jam-like consistency. Then mix in Greek yogurt until blended. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dollop ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture into six round, puck-like piles. Top with granola and freeze-dried strawberries. (Note: For a smaller portion size use silicone baking cups lined with parchment paper. Spoon in 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture, top with granola and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.) Place them in freezer for at least 1 hour, or until desired consistency is reached. Serve and watch the smiles happen.
