If you’re bored with the foods you currently have on rotation for breakfast and are looking for fun and easy breakfast recipes, you’re going to love changing it up with these breakfast sliders. Slices of Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese and deli ham are placed inside Hawaiian dinner rolls, and the rolls are then brushed with a savory mixture of melted Cabot Unsalted Butter, maple syrup, salt and cayenne pepper. The rolls are baked in the oven until the cheese is melted, resulting in an absolutely scrumptious breakfast. Trust us, this is one breakfast recipe your family will devour again and again. If you have friends and family members who would appreciate easy breakfast ideas (and who wouldn’t?) then share this breakfast sliders recipe with them on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter or Instagram – and use our handle @cabotcheese when posting on Instagram.

To make 12 breakfast sliders, preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.

Melt 1 tablespoon of Cabot Unsalted Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. While the butter is melting, break eggs into a large bowl and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When the butter has melted and the skillet is hot, pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls attached, and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet.

Arrange 6 slices of Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese on the bottom layer of rolls and top with the scrambled eggs. Fold the deli ham into 12 individual pieces and place on top of the eggs. Arrange the remaining cheese slices on top of the ham. Place the remaining layer of rolls on top.

Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of Cabot Unsalted Butter and combine with the maple syrup, salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the rolls with the mixture and bake until the cheese is melted, and the buns are golden, about 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
