Italian Style Pita Bread Pizza

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pitas on a large baking sheet and put in the oven until warm, about 1 minute. Remove pitas from the oven and top each one with some thinly sliced tomatoes. Then sprinkle with Cabot Sharp Cheddar, Cabot Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and slivered fresh basil leaves.
Return pitas to the oven for about 8 minutes, or until the pita is crispy. Serve whole or cut into wedges.
