4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ cup ripe blackberries
- 6 – 8 ripe strawberries (halved, if large)
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- ½ cup sliced fresh cucumber
- ½ cup yellow cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup mixed nuts

A selection of 2 or 3 keto-friendly crackers (Try this Cabot recipe for Keto-Friendly Crackers and use gluten-free options as needed.)
Directions
SELECT an attractive cheese board or flat platter large enough to hold a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, veggies and crackers.
- WASH, dry and prepare fruits and vegetables.
ARRANGE the cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables and crackers in clusters around the cheese board to make a decorative and colorful display. Use about half of each cheese flavor and replenish the cheese board with extra cheese and ingredients as needed.
- PLACEÂ the nuts in a small bowl on the board or on the side.
