Directions

  1. MIX all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. PLACE butter mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter.

  3. CHILL butter log for one to two hours until mostly firm.

  4. SERVE sliced butter rounds on top of fish, steaks, cooked vegetables or with bread or crackers.
