- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Directions
- COMBINEÂ cream, sugar substitute and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- BEATÂ with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in yogurt.
- LAYERÂ whipped cream mixture, blackberries and pomegranate seeds among parfait glasses
