Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 8 ounces Cabot Seriously Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Pre-cooked sausage crumbles
  • Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, peppers, or onions, pineapple chunks or whatever favorite pizza toppings you enjoy!

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to broil.
  2. TOAST each bagel lightly, then lay each half face up on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. SPOON marinara sauce on each bagel half.
  4. TOP with pepperoni slices, sausage crumbles, and shredded cheese. Add other favorite toppings as desired.
  5. BROIL 3-5 minutes on the top rack of oven until the cheese bubbles and is golden brown.
  6. SERVE pizza bagels (1 full bagel) with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping!
