Going green, on St. Patrick's Day, or any day, is a fun and healthy way to create a cheese board. If you are looking for green snacks for a party, this everything green cheese board is jam-packed with goodness. Healthy, green snack foods like sliced cucumbers, green peppers, Granny Smith apples and grapes, paired with a selection of Cabot cheeses will make this appetizer the hit of the party. Tart, sweet, salty, crunchy or creamy - green is great - so give these green snack ideas a try!
Ingredients

1 tray Cabot Pepper Jack Cracker Cut Slices

1 tray Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cut Slices
1 log (about 6 ounces) herbed goat cheese
1 Bartlett pear (or other green pear)
1 Granny Smith apple (or other green apple)
1 green bell pepper
1 English cucumber
½ cup green olives
1 small bunch of green, seedless grapes
1 package of crispy green vegetable snacks or chips
Directions
WASH and slice the pear, apple, bell pepper and cucumber. Do not peel.
WASH the green grapes, leaving on the stem.
ARRANGE the cheese slices in a circle around the outer edge of a round cheese board or platter. Add the green fruit and veggies in groups inside the cheese circle leaving room for other items. Add the herbed goat cheese, olives and the vegetable crisps to fill in any spaces.
SERVE with your favorite crackers, if desired.
