Make this cheese board your artist canvas! Use your favorite fresh, colorful, seasonal fruits and veggies berries, fruit and veggies to "paint" a tasty appetizer. Sweet and succulent strawberries, cherries, sun-ripened tomatoes, and fresh from the garden cucumbers create an enticing spread for your guests. Add crusty bread and crackers, and a little sliced salami (optional) to make this pretty and delicious cheese board with your favorite Cabot Cracker Cuts.

Ingredients

1 tray Cabot Colby Jack Cracker Cuts

1 tray Cabot Extra Sharp Cracker Cuts

1 tray Cabot Pepper Jack Cracker Cuts

¼ pound thin sliced salami, folded in quarters (optional)
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, mixed colors
- ½ cup each of variety of berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries

½ loaf seeded baguette, or your favorite crusty loaf, sliced (Omit bread for gluten-free version.)

A selection of crackers of different shapes and flavors (Select your favorite gluten-free crackers if needed.)
Directions
- SELECT a large cheese board, cutting board or flat serving platter
- ARRANGE the Cracker Cut slices in decorative rows leaving space in between for other board items, and space on the edges for crackers and bread.
WASH and dry the fruit and veggies as needed.
- ADD the salami, berries, cucumber slices and tomatoes in groups around and in between the cheese slices to make an attractive and colorful arrangement.
ADD the crackers and bread slices around the outside of the board. (Use gluten-free crackers if needed.)
