Use fresh summer berries, sun-ripened tomatoes, crusty bread and crackers to make this pretty and delicious cheeseboard with Cabot Cracker Cuts.

Ingredients

  • ¼ pound thin sliced salami, folded in quarters
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, mixed colors
  • ½ cup each of variety of berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries
  • ½ loaf seeded baguette, or your favorite crusty loaf, sliced
  • A selection of crackers of different shapes and flavors

Directions

  1. SELECT a large cheese board, cutting board or flat serving platter
  2. ARRANGE the Cracker Cut slices in decorative rows leaving space in between for other board items, and space on the edges for crackers and bread.
  3. WASH and dry the berries and tomatoes
  4. ADD the salami, berries, cucumber slices and tomatoes in groups around and in between the cheese slices to make an attractive and colorful arrangement.
  5. ADD the crackers and bread slices around the outside of the board.
