Bacon Cheddar Ranch Stuffed Tomatoes

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. PREPARE mac and cheese according to the package directions.  Set aside and keep warm.
  3. TRIM the bottom of each tomato so they stand straight without rolling.  Scoop out the inside of each tomato.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Arrange in a small baking dish.
  4. COMBINE bacon, cooked mac and cheese and dill in a medium mixing bowl.  Divide the filling evenly among the tomatoes.  Sprinkle with grated cheddar.
  5. BAKE for 25 – 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.  Let tomatoes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
