2 sticks Cabot Unsalted Butter, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped thyme
2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano
- 1 clove garlic, grated
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
MIX all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
PLACE on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter.
CHILL for one to two hours until mostly firm.
SERVE sliced butter rounds on fish, meats, cooked vegetables or with bread and crackers.
