Directions

  1. MIX all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. PLACE on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter.

  3. CHILL for one to two hours until mostly firm.

  4. SERVE sliced butter rounds on fish, meats, cooked vegetables or with bread and crackers.
