- ¼ cup buttermilk or milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar or white wine vinegar

Directions
WHISK shallot, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
