Take garlic bread from ordinary to extraordinary with this wonderfully cheesy bread recipe. When you don’t want to make bread from scratch but still want exceptional results, this easy baking recipe will not disappoint. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with a piece of foil large enough to wrap around the loaf of bread.
Cut vertical 1-inch slices in the bread using a serrated knife, leaving ¼ inch intact at the bottom of each slice. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Combine the Cabot unsalted butter, garlic and salt in a small bowl and brush the mixture in between each slice and on top of the loaf.
Place a slice of Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar cheese in each slice of bread, folding the cheese in half to fit, if necessary. Wrap the loaf loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with a piece of foil large enough to wrap around the loaf.
- CUT vertical 1-inch slices in the bread using a serrated knife leaving ¼ inch intact at the bottom of each slice. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
- COMBINE the butter, garlic and salt in a small bowl and brush the mixture in between each slice and on top of the loaf.
PLACE a slice of cheese in each slice of bread folding the cheese in half if necessary, to fit.
WRAP the loaf loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
SPRINKLE with parsley and serve.
