Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar replacement (optional)
  • ½ cup Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup (1 scoop) whey protein powder

Directions

  1. COMBINE raspberries, cocoa powder, sugar (if using), yogurt and milk in blender container.
  2. ADD whey powder; cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
